Roasted Cauliflower
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Tumeric
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 T. Olive Oil
1 Head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, and line large baking tray with tinfoil.
2) Combine first three spices together and set aside.
3) Toss cut cauliflower with olive oil and place on baking tray.
4) Sprinkle cauliflower with spice mixture.
5) Place baking tray in oven and roast for one hour.
6) Cauliflower will be soft, have a yellowish hue and will taste slightly sweet.
I LOVE roasted veggies but have never used tumeric on any. I will definitely have to try it. Thankx for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteYou can use the spice mixture on any veggie you like, I think it works best with the cauliflower. Hope you like it.
